You are only purchasing a digital file, not a physical product/print.

All work is for personal use and personal use only, unless otherwise is agreed upon.

You must credit me (@xieow_) when you showcase or use my art (eg: on Twitter).

I have the right to decline a commission for any reason, including no given reason.

Commissions must be paid in full upfront whether you, the client, is an individual or organization.

Work on the commission will begin once the payment is given!

If payment is not received within 3 days without prior communication, the commission will be cancelled.

Revisions are fully open and desired. However, once massive changes are wanted past the the colouring stage, I will ask for both more time as well as additional fees if change involves large amounts of alterations. (eg: complete rehaul of concept or pose)

Promote myself, my commissions, etc.

Display on any form of social media I am on, unless agreed otherwise.

Use as examples of my work to others.

Share and use the commissioned artwork on your social medias, as long as you credit me as the artist.

Request that your art not be displayed on other platforms by the artist.

Print the artwork as a poster, etc, as long as it is for your personal use only and you do not profit from it.

Take credit for the artwork, claim it as yours or remove my watermark.

Make changes to the artwork by yourself or use it for purposes that weren't discussed beforehand.

This includes tracing, copying, heavily referencing, etc.

Make profit or promote yourself using the commissioned artwork without a Commercial License.

Use the art I've given you to feed into generative AI.

The amount of time it takes depends on the type of commission, my workload, and other circumstances; Usually I will send your finished commission in 3-20 days. The very most you'll have to wait is 2 months.

All previously that is previously stated still applies to company work.

Cancelling a commission is only eligible before the colouring process is finished. Compensation will still be required if you choose to cancel on later processes.

In the case of creator program centered commissions, where my payment upfront is not met because the system is different, I will prioritize my current paid commissions which means updates might be slower.

Please be sure to ask me anything, you can contact me whenever you'd like, just be mindful that it might take some time for direct feedback.

Make sure you have clear references of your characters before commissioning - hopefully a reference sheet or render sheet if the character in question has a 3D model. It becomes incredibly time-consuming looking for the right references and it will save me lots of time that I could be spending drawing your piece.

Recognize that I'm in a very difficult living situation right now - it does not help if you request last minute changes (for example: shortening my due date) and take into account that you aren't the only commission I'm working on.

You are free to name your adopt, create their story, and decide who they are — feel free to develop them as you wish!

Once payment clears, you will receive the artwork files for the adopt on your email or via Google Drive. This includes a high-res PNG and a separate PNG with a transparent background.

Credit: Please credit me as the original artist/designer when you use or share the adopt’s design or fan arts with them

Allowed Modifications: You may tweak or redesign your character, but keep key elements of the design intact so the character isn’t completely changed.

Refunds are not possible.

Commercial fees will be an extra $100

Make sure you have the right amount or at least 50% of the price for the product ready to be paid upfront.

If payment is not received within 24 hrs of claim, the product will be put up for sale once more.

If you attempt to refund through your payment service after receiving the product, you will be blacklisted from purchasing or commissioning me in the future and the adopt will be put up for sale again.

Display the product on my portfolio, social media and other websites, unless agreed otherwise.Retain the intellectual property rights to the product.

Feed my work into generative AI or resell it as an NFT.

Resell the adopt at a higher price than you paid for
